At Suuniva, all products sold on our website are 100% digital.
There is no physical shipping, no CDs, and no delivery delays caused by couriers.

All software licenses are delivered securely by email.

Once your order is successfully completed, you will receive:

  • Your QuickBooks Desktop 2024 license key

  • The official download link

  • Step-by-step installation and activation instructions

⏱️ Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 30 minutes after payment confirmation.

Most orders are processed instantly. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes due to payment verification, security checks, or high order volume.

If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact us immediately.

🔄 Refunds & Replacements

Due to the digital nature of software licenses, refunds are not available once a license has been delivered and activated.

However, if:

  • Your license key does not work

  • You received the wrong product

  • You did not receive your order within the stated delivery time

We will replace or resend your license at no additional cost.
